I've been singing since I was a child. I studied for 5 years with Karen Rassler of the University Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale and I am continuing my vocal training under the guidance of Carol Caselle. Carol, a former theatrical and pop singer has a Masters Degree in Voice from the University of Miami and currently teaches voice at the New World School of the Arts, Barry University and Florida Memorial University. I have been playing piano since I was ten and I play keyboards with the band. Until 2001, I was solely devoted to my work as a Cantor with my Catholic Church, during which time I performed with many internationally renowned musicians, including members of the Florida Philharmonic and world-class chamber musicians. In 2004, I won a singing competition on Majic 102.7 FM. I won a car and the opportunity to open for Frankie Valli in Miami. My first professional gig was negotiated at the final round of the contest when a group that heard me on one of the radio promotions hired me to sing for their annual banquet. Since then I’ve been performing as a self-contained act, I've been singing with a Big Band, and as part of a duo. I've opened for Frankie Valli, I've been on the same bill with The Duprees, Joey Dee and the Starlighters, Gianni Russo, and Frankie Avalon, and I've also sung with Johnny Contardo of Sha Na Na. I was born in Manhattan and grew up in Brooklyn. I started playing drums after I first heard the Beatles – I was in the 4th grade ( I think). I enjoyed the local battle of the bands between all of the garage bands in the area. It gave you bragging rights and gigs at Friday night dances. I continued to develop my technique for playing drums and exposed myself to various styles of music. I did some touring in the US, played cruises in Florida and generally have had a blast!
In 1980 I moved to Florida with my wife Eileen and have loved every minute of living here. What’s not to love, Warm sun, beautiful beaches, gorgeous ocean!
I became involved in the music ministry of my church, and have been doing it for quite some time now. I have met so many excellent musicians during my tenure there, which in fact is how I met Lu.
I feel very lucky to be associated with Lu – playing the music of the 50’s & 60’s just gives you a warm, happy feeling and I love to see the joy and happiness on the faces of the people we play for.
I also play piano and guitar – anything to do with music and I am there. I thank God for giving me something in my life that I am so passionate about- it makes my spirit soar! |

I was born and raised in Southeast Pennsylvania. As a child I taught myself guitar, mandolln and banjo. As a teenager I discovered jazz and focused on jazz guitar. In 1984 I graduated from Comb's College of Music with a B. A. in Music Education. I served in the U.S. Army as a musician with the 82nd Airborne Division Band, and at that time learned to play the saxophone and clarinet. I also play the violin and keyboards. I am currently the President of the Pehop Conservatory of Modern Music and Production. |

I'm the guy with the baritone and falsetto, Lenny Dariano, originally from New Rochelle NY. I don't want to give my age away but I've got decades of experience as a professional band member, lead singer, solo act, songwriter and musician. I'm never far from a guitar, bass or harmonica and love everything from jazz to doo wop. I'd be too young to remember those early songs, but my babysitting aunt spun those 45's so much that I know as many oldies as guys 10 years my senior, plus hard rock, ballads, 80's and more. I've been lead singer and guitarist for Bacchus in the Hudson Valley, done solo acts in Boston and San Francisco, lead singer and percussionist with The Ambassadors show band in NYC, lead singer with Madison Avenue and TA's Chaperones along with present band member Bob Geraldi. I've had my own band in Miami, Innuendo and sang bass in the Florida Philharmonic. When not practicing or performing, I'm writing my own tunes and lyrics and have 47 songs copy written. I love to entertain people and I hope it shows. |

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, and began entertaining as a toddler, singing in my stroller while my mother pushed me through Brooklyn department stores, and I haven't stopped since. I continued singing as a member of the school chorus in both Junior and Senior High School. While in high school I was “Looking For An Echo” and found it at Franklin K. Lane High School when I sang “Love Is A Many Splendored Thing” just as the Four Aces did. As soon as The Hylands heard my first tenor, they brought me into the group. I made demos with them in the legendary Brill Building in Manhattan. As an undergraduate student at the University of Tampa, FL, I founded and performed with the The Squires. While a professor at the College of Charleston, SC, I was the lead singer in a local band. After moving to South Florida, I was a founding member of Madison Avenue which later became T. A.’s Chaperones. Tommy Ronca, an original Chaperone, said, “We are very fortunate to find Bobby. It is very hard to find a quality first tenor voice like his. It is very strong.” I recently sang as first tenor with Joey Dale and The Gigolos. I love to entertain and sing
but my favorite singing is still that good old street corner harmony that I
enjoyed as a teenager in Brooklyn. |
